As we all know that PM Modi transferred the first installment of Subhadra Yojana on 17th September, 2024. After that state government announced that they will provide amount to remaining beneficiaries on 9th October, 2024.
On the 7th October state government transferred Re 1 to the other remaining nearly 32 lakhs of women’s bank accounts on Monday. Although there are some women beneficiaries who still didn’t receive Re 1 message in their phone. So they are afraid again about why they didn’t receive message and wondering if I am not eligible!

Verify your eligibility criteria under Subhadra Yojana
To verify you are eligible or not for the Subhadra Scheme please carefully check the below points.
- Are you permanent resident of Odisha?
- Are you receiving benefits under NFSA or SFSS scheme?
- Is income of your family including all sources of income is under 2.5 lakh per annum?
- Are you between 21 to 60 years, as on 1st July, 2024?
- Are you born on or before 1st July, 2003 and born on or after 2nd July, 1964 as per your Aadhaar Card?
If your answer of these all questions in “Yes” then why you are worried about the installments of Subhadra Yojana. If not today then you will get it tomorrow because you are eligible and meet all the requirements of the scheme.

Didn’t receive Re 1 in Subhadra Yojana then check again these points
- Are you receiving financial amount from state or central government in any schemes like pension scheme, scholarship scheme figured as 1500 per month?
- Are you owner of 4-wheeler excepting tractor too?
- Is your family owns 5 acres of irrigated land or 10 acres of non-irrigated land?
- Are you income tax payee?
- Is there any member of your family currently or former MP or MLA?
- Are you elected or nominated or appointed as a representative in any government department or any board or organisation of any state or central government?
If the answer of these questions in “Yes” then why are you waiting to receive Re 1 credited message in your bank account. It’s clear that these women are not eligible for the Subhadra Yojana.
If eligible although not getting Re 1 then what to do?
Odisha state government at the time of first phase said that those who are don’t getting the installment they don’t fret because their application is under scrutiny and once it’s clear, all the remaining Subhadra Yojana beneficiaries will receive the Rs 5000 in their bank account. Almost 1 crore women are registered in this scheme and nearly 25 lakhs women has been received Rs 5000 under the scheme and will receive 5000 INR on 9th October remaining 32 lakhs women.
So may be possible that other than these 60 lakhs women will receive money on the third phase of first installment under the scheme. So, please don’t worry state government may provide instructions within a few days. At that time you will get updates in this pmsuryaghar.in website.
