• Only state government employees are able to take special casual leave in this scheme.
• At the same time only 1/4 staff of the department are able to casual leave.
• Those who granted casual leave, they must have to upload photos with their parents or parents in law.
• Those employees who do not have parents or parents in law where they spent their time are not eligible to avail this benefits.
• If any employee don’t upload the recent photos with their loved one then their special casual leave will be counted as a normal leave.

Keep in mind that registration for matri pitri vandana is a one time process. If you registered in previous year then login with the mobile number and apply by following steps given in the next heading. If you register for the first time then follow below steps.

Step 1: Visit matripitrivandana.assam.gov.in website.

Step 2: Click on the button after some scrolling which shows “click here to register”.

Step 3: Online registration form will be displayed on your screen where you have to fill the details like…

Step 4: After that you have to upload your ID card as well as your passport size photograph in JPG format within 5 MB size.

Step 5: At the end enter Captcha code and click on the Register button.

Step 3: Enter the dates on which you want to get leave.
