About Indiramma housing scheme 2025 in Telangana

Tye Telangana state government allocate 22,000 crore rupees to provide financial assistance to the needy people those who don’t have a house for living purpose. This scheme will benefit 3500 families in each and every constituency of the state. By the way here we clarify that state government has a goal to provide financial assistance to the Dalit families, agricultural workers, sanitation workers, individuals with disabilities in priority basis.

Indiramma Illu First phase details

State government started the first phase of Indiramma housing scheme in which they will construct 4.5 lakh houses in each constituency of the state and very soon to provide financial assistance in installments. Recently state government launched Indiramma Illu Mobile app to facilitate the beneficiaries to check their name on the list.

Objective of the scheme

The one goal behind launching the scheme is to provide financial assistance or ready made flats or house to those who don’t have house to live in the state. This scheme is same as the PM Awas Yojana but this is state based Scheme. For construction 4.5 lakh houses state government also allocated 22,000 crore budget under the scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant is only eligible of they are permanent resident of Telangana.
• Those who do not have house in the state on their name are eligible for the scheme.
• If anyone was benefited earlier in the any housing scheme in the state then they are not eligible to avail Indiramma housing scheme benefits.
• As we discussed earlier, those are eligible who are belonging to lower and middle class family.

Indiramma House Facilities

• House Area:- State government strictly said that construction a house at least 400 square feet. So in future there is no problem with the space.

• House roof details:- Every house under the scheme will be built has necessary RCC roof.

• Flexibility in construction:- Applicant can design the house as per their requirements. There are no rule to fix the room space or kitchen space by the state government.

• Necessity:- Kitchen and toilet is necessarily to be built in each houses constructed under the scheme.

These people are not eligible for Indiramma housing scheme

Those family who already received a house or financial assistance in any state government schemes earlier after the year 1995 are not eligible to receive Indiramma Indlu Scheme benefits.

Features and Benefits

• Those who have already a plot but don’t have a money to build their home will get the financial amount to construct the home.
• Along with that those who don’t have a plot will get first plot by the state government after they can construct a house under Indiramma housing scheme 2025 Telangana.
• This scheme will help to those who are really poor and from the middle class family who don’t have place or home to live in the state.
• Additional Rs 1 lakh will be provided to those who belongs to SC and ST category.

Financial Assistance to beneficiaries

The Telangana state government will provide Rs 5 lakh to each beneficiaries to construct a house as they want. But this financial amount will not provide in one time but as the requirement in the construction, state government will provide the amount in installments.

Additional Rs 1 lakh will be given to the beneficiaries who are belongs to SC/ST category under the scheme to build a house.
